A little later than when I said I'd post this DIY, but here's a super easy and cheap project to do yourself!
Materials:
-Studs/spikes -4/5$ from local craft store
-An old shirt with collar
-Spiked stick (to poke holes in the shirt) -anything with a pointy end really
DIY:
1. Each stud has a backing that screws into the piece, poke a hole with the spiked end of stick into your collar and place the stud into the hole on the top of the collar.
2. With the stud in place, screw in with your hand the backing and repeat until you finished your desired design.
It's so simple and takes maybe 20 minutes tops.. unless you're me and constantly move the studs around
