Only six days later and I finally finished my first illustration project of second sem! Happy to say I really like the original although the photocopy could've been better. You might have seen the original-in-progress I posted on my instagram (@aleksiapav) yesterday.

What is it you might ask? Well, it's a chalk pastel collage of Ami Sioux's fashion editorial for British Vogue in 2010. I rendered the skin by scraping off the side of chalk pastel colours and using a small brush to dab it onto Canson paper. The jacket is made from pink ribbon and metallic balloons, the skirt is tissue paper and the rest is a jumble. The biggest challenge was most definitely gluing all the pieces on, thank you grade three glue sticks because rubber cement is not my best friend.
