WMCFW Toronto

Hillary MacMillan F/W 2014

Finally a moment to breathe. I sent in my last art history essay last night and am slowly completing my research paper whilst typing this post.

I've been in a let's-get-everything-done mode this past week and am thankful to say: the end is almost near. This whole, I'll be done first year thing is bitter-sweet. Thankfully I can return home to my room and ponder the suburbs but I'll miss my little room on res that I've called home for the past year.

In the midst of finding an apartment for next year I realised how little space Torontonian's have to live in. How am I going to fit all my belongings into an 8 feet by 9 feet space?

This week was my big-leap-into-the-fashion-world as I experienced my first ever Toronto Fashion Week show. Luckily, I went with a great mentor, one who I'm learning a lot from to show me the ropes of the industry. Sitting front row I saw Hillary MacMillan's and Anu Raina's Fall Winter collections, two Toronto natives. As you might have seen on Instagram here -if you don't have me on Insta I suggest you follow me for some upcoming finals and projects -if not then the picture is posted above.

I'll be back shortly so don't drift too far.
